ABOUT US

At Pfahl Construction, we are more than general contractors. We are builders and problem-solvers who care about getting every detail right. For over 35 years, we have been building homes, renovations and commercial projects across the Charlotte area, one project at a time.

Pfahl Construction is a family-owned business co-founded by Kevin and Susan Pfahl. We are a small, close-knit team on purpose. When you build with us, you work directly with one of our project managers from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.

OUR JOURNEY

Kevin and Susan have been the driving force behind Pfahl Construction since the mid-1980s. Over the years, we have built hundreds of homes, renovations and commercial projects throughout Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship has earned us three Home Builders Association Gold Awards for Excellence in Remodeling. We are proud of that recognition, but we are even prouder of the clients who come back to us for their next project and send their friends and family our way.

HOW WE WORK

We believe a great build starts with clear communication. We walk you through the schedule, budget and every decision along the way, so there are no surprises. When something comes up on site- and on every job, something does- we bring it to you with a solution, not just a problem.

Whether you are building a new home, renovating the one you love, or planning a commercial space, we would be happy to help you bring it to life. Reach out to start the conversation!

GET THE MOST OF YOUR PROJECT BUDGET

As experienced general contractors, we focus on giving you real value. That means keeping your project on budget while building exactly what you have in mind. We know the building process from start to finish- from the foundation to the final walkthrough. That experience helps us build spaces that look great and work well for the way you live and work. At Pfahl Construction, quality and fine craftsmanship go into everything we do.
